Ladue Systems' Don Lapin and KAT Business Systems' Dan Katz enjoy the Fairmont's epicurean montage of a boxed lunch. Pretty much everyone agreed that the cookie was the best feature of lunch; the most interesting, perhaps, was the Focaccia bread turkey sandwich.
